Pl Help, How to change Background colour

Hi Guys

I am looking to change the background colour of a text box
based on a criteria.

Can any body please give me a code to do this.

If this is Access 2000, 2002, or 2003, open the form in design view, select
the text box, and choose Conditional Formatting on the Format menu.
