PivotTable not totalling rows and columns

(Excel 2003) I have a functioning pivottable that is as I need it to be with
one exception -- I need totals on both the rows and the columns. I'm only
getting totals on the columns.

I've looked at Table Options, and "Grand Total for Rows" and "Grand Total
for Columns" are both checked. Any ideas?

Do you have any column fields in your pivottable?

(check in the layout dialog of the pivottable wizard if you need to.)
