Pivot Table

Hi there,

I currently use a Pivot table to display actual finance data via
numerous filters, for example say "actual income" (column) filtered by
"theme", "category" and "date" (rows).

The dates are in the form "2006-07" etc, and reside in a row in my
pivot table.

I would like my column data (actual income) to be split by years so i
can show a comparison across previous years. At the moment, I can only
show it in a messy way, and not in columns.

example below - Id like to show for "East" the yearly comparison in
columns, with a column for each year.

Can this be done? Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Hi Shaun

On the PT drag your data button across and drop it on Total
Then you will have your Year columns side by side
