need yr help am not be able to have a total # appeared for
q2 and as well as q3 , q4 and so on in Pivot table kindly
help

As I replied to your previous post:

To get the pivot table that you want, you'll have to change the
structure of your data table. It should be set up as:

Operation Qtr Num
Type A Q1 1

To restructure your data, use the "unpivot' technique described by John
Walkenbach:

From the restructured data, create a pivot table, with Number in the
row area, Quarter in the column area, and Quarter again in the data area.
