Pivot Table

I am not famliar with excel. However, I was asked to
create a new pivot table from the database. Please help me.
 
Select any cell in your database or worksheet
Tool<>Pivot table<>Next<>Click layout

Organize the layout in the form you would like to see it.
You will have to play with it for a bit if you have never
used or created a pivot table. Have you ever even used
one? I could send you an example of one?
