Pivot Table - unselect all

Hi all

Pivot Table

I have a field within a pivot table with 600+ entries

I wish to summarise this and include only 20-30

How do unselect all and then tick only the ones I need

There's probably an easier way for the 1st part, but ...

Select the 2nd item. While holding down SHIFT, press END then DOWN.
Rightclick the selection & hide.

Then use the dropdown to check the 20 -30.

Thanks Debra ; if only I was smart enough to be able to learn code.

Although I do believe that

For Each pt In ActiveSheet.PivotTables

means that all tables on the sheet would be affected were there > 1?
