Pivot Table refresh error

I have a pivot table that refreshes fine on my computer but not on a
collegues. He gets an error sying there are too many rows or columns. I
have 6 fields in the row area. I'm on 2003 SP 2 and he is on 2000. Is this
the issue? Or will I get lucky and find an easier fix?

The limitations for pivot tables in Excel 2000 are much lower than those
in Excel 2003, so that's the issue.
