Pivot table formatting

Hello,

I have a couple of pivot table formatting questions and I
am hoping someone can help me out.

QUESTIONS:
1. How do I change the default font for a pivot table? I
have changed my default font for workbooks to Verdana but
whenever I create a pivot table, the font within the
pivot table is Arial. Now I'm spending too much time
changing fonts.

2. How can I change the wording and/or formatting for the
pivot table subtotals? For example, my subtotals
read "SALES Total" but I'd like them to read "SALES
TOTAL" in all caps. What if I'd like the totals to
read "SALES TOTAL" in blue font and italicized?

Thanks in advance for your help,
Scott

Maybe you could play around with the Normal Style.

Format|Style|Normal|Modify|Font tab.

It looks like the pivottable font inherits those attributes.

I'm not sure you can change that to TOTAL while it's still a pivottable.

Sometimes, if I need the summary, but not the pivottable, I'll just create the
pivottable (recorded macro??) and then copy|paste special|Values) and do all the
formatting. (do it all when you record the macro and it'll be easy to recreate
