Dear All,

I do have a Pivot Table(in excel 2003 format) from A4:C17 as per the details given below.

CategoryClassTotalMensMN CASUAL JEANS6185 MN CASUAL SHIRTS7521 MN CASUAL TROUSERS30404 MN CASUAL T-SHIRTS34398 MN FORMAL SHIRT146609 MN FORMAL TROUSERS33637Mens Total 258754LadiesWN CASUAL JEANS3146 WN CASUAL KURTIS97845 WN CASUAL SHIRTS8979 WN CASUAL T-SHIRTS20921Ladies Total 130891Grand Total 389645

I would like to convert the absolute data to Percentage as per the below mentioned matrix(in the Pivot Table itself):-
Proposed Format(In Pivot Table Itself)CategoryClassTotalMensMN CASUAL JEANS2%MN CASUAL SHIRTS3%MN CASUAL TROUSERS12%MN CASUAL T-SHIRTS13%MN FORMAL SHIRT57%MN FORMAL TROUSERS13%Mens Total 100%LadiesWN CASUAL JEANS2%WN CASUAL KURTIS75%WN CASUAL SHIRTS7%WN CASUAL T-SHIRTS16%Ladies Total 100%Grand Total
I have used the options in the pivot table(Field Setting-Options-Show Data as-%Of Total) but the following result is coming:-
Proposed Format(In Pivot Table Itself)CategoryClassTotalMensMN CASUAL JEANS2%MN CASUAL SHIRTS2%MN CASUAL TROUSERS8%MN CASUAL T-SHIRTS9%MN FORMAL SHIRT38%MN FORMAL TROUSERS9%Mens Total 66%LadiesWN CASUAL JEANS1%WN CASUAL KURTIS25%WN CASUAL SHIRTS2%WN CASUAL T-SHIRTS5%Ladies Total 34%Grand Total 100%

Pls help in sorting this out.
Thanks
Saurabh
