Hi All

I have a pivot table that I need to add some rows to because more data is
available. Is there any way I can do this without starting the table again.

I've tried finding a feature where I can select the source cells and
expandind the data area but I can't locate anyting.

Any assistance would be appreciated.

TIA

To change the source range:

Select a cell in the pivot table
On the PivotTable toolbar, choose PivotTable>Wizard
Click the Back button
Select the new range
Click Finish
Refresh the PivotTable to see the new data

To automatically include new rows in the data source, you could use a
dynamic range. There are instructions here:

Hi Debra,

Thanks for responding - that did the trick. However, I'll take a look at
the link as well.

Thanks again.. Have a good day,
Vers
