Pivot Table Data Refresh

Can something be done to automate a refresh to Cube data in a pivot table in
Excell 2003?
 
Choose Table Options from the PivotTable menu or by Right-Clicking on the
PivotTable. Then, you can set the Refresh to happen when the file opens and
every x numbers of minutes of your choosing.
Excel normally refreshes the data automatically, if you ever pivot the table
as well.
