Pivot Table/Colums and Rows

Hi,

I am using a pivot table wizard and once i have finished the data i
displayed in the preceeding row, is there any way I can have i
displayed on the preceeding column instead. I have had a look a
numerous options but can't work this out. (copy and paste doesn't wor
and if i go into the pivot table wizard and click on layout, then dra
the items into the column part of the diagram, the data doesn't displa
as it should)

Please help.

If you're trying to display two data fields horizontally, drag the Data
button onto the cell that contains the word 'Total'.
