Pivot Table - "(blank)" cell?

I have a pivot table that keeps a cumulative sum. At the bottom of the
table there is a cell with the total amount, called "(blank)". How do I
get rid of this, so it doesn't show up on charts?

The underlying data producing the pivot has a/some blank data fields. If
you are using a pivot chart just deselect the '(Blank)' value from the
dropdown
