Pivot - Sorting problems

User A creates a Pivot and assigns the sort order of a column. If User A
opens and refreshes the Pivot the column stays sorted. If User B opens the
Pivot the sort order is lost in the column. If User A then reopens the Pivot
and refreshes the sort order comes back properly. We have the sort order
assigned in the properties of the field. Is there something else that I am
missing?

If the sort is based upon a custom list, then that custom list must be
created on both machines.
Tools>Options>Custom Lists>create new list in Lists pane>Add

The sort is not based on a custom list. In the field that we are sorting on,
we simply opened the properties and set the sort order there. Which should
hold for anyone opening the pivot. But for some reason it does not.
