Pivot report suddenly has a black background when printing

Our back end is a SQL server. I have a lot of reports that contain a pivot
form as a subform on the reports in order for us to print headers and
footers, page numbers etc.
Until a month ago these reports still printed 100%

The preview of the report is correct, but as soon as it is printed the CHART
area prints in black. I tried to change the back color or the form to
transparent and even to white, but it still prints the chart area in black.

I have tried to print to another printer, and it does exactly the same.

I took a backup of the database home with me imported the SQL tables as
normal tables. When I print from my home PC, it print fine!!!

NOTHING changed. All the guys at the office print to a shared printer. The
printing used to work even with SQL as the back end. The only thing that I
know of that could be different is not a lot more people are using Office
2007 for the front end, while others still work on ver 2003. This should not
be a problem as each person has their OWN copy of the front end on their
system.

Please help, I have looked for answer everywhere???

Kind regards
Elsa

I am also trying to find the answer to that, I'm sure it has
something to do with the Printer Server,
seeming that it works when printing to a Desktop Printer that is
connected directly to the Machine,
but does not work when connected to a Network Printer
