Pivot Chart axes

I am trying to make a Pivot Chart from either my PivotTable or query filled
with Pivot data. There are some values of Quantity complete that go up to
1200 and I simply want the numbers shown on the chart (I don't really care
about the bars). Then I have another field called HPU which has tiny numbers
(usually less than .5). Obviously using the same axis, I can't see any of the
tiny numbers at all. I tried to split the axis, but some of the quantity
complete numbers are small too, so there's no real good place to split it. I
looked up adding another axis, but I can't figure out how to change the
values. It just has 2 axes with the same numeric values. Let me know if this
wasn't explained clearly. Thanks!

As a side note, I also tried ungrouping the large quantity complete numbers
from the small HPU numbers in the series group tab under chart properties and
putting their axis on different sides of the chart, but no luck.
