Pinnacle 9 Recognizing TV tuner and inputs

Can't get Pinnacle 9 to recognize my TV tuner for
capture, or recognize my vcr input for same. Using the HP
media center 873n.
Any help out there?
 
Hi Robert
Try going to start > run and enter taskkill /im eh*
to end the Media Center processes until you restart or run Media Center
again. While Media Center and its services are running it will have
'control' over the tuner in case it wants to record something.
