Ping6 on XP with ff02::1 multicast address

Hi,
I tried the following command on XP machine
ping6 ff02::1%4
There was reply only from my own PC ipv6 address. It seems these packets are
not going out of the lan card as the same was not captured in Ethereal.
Is there any other way to ping ff02::01 from XP so that some one outside
replies.
