Is this better?:

Its still just another windows manager.

Did you notice how those stupid wobbly windows slowed the operator down as
he had to pause and wait for the wobble to stop before he could nudge the
window into its final place.. really good design that.. I can see that
lasting a good 30 seconds or so.

The wobbly windows thing can be turned off btw. =)

Yeah, a far superior one to Vista's.

The wobbly windows on my machine don't behave that way.

In your opinion.
Its down to personal choice and I think its just a waste of time and wonder
just how many wheels need to be reinvented.

So you are recommending a product that may give variable results but don't
warn the punter?

No sh¡t. I wrote the post and so it is obviously my opinion.

Considering there are millions of malware out there for Windows and
practically none for Ubuntu, it's pretty obvious to me which wheel is
better made. When you add WPA, WGA, stealth installs and the high price
of Vista, it's a no brainer.
So you are recommending a product that may give variable results but
don't warn the punter?

I suspect the video was at fault because I haven't see this behavior on
dozens of computers but I run Feisty Fawn and the video was Gutsy Gibbon
in BETA. We don't really know what Gutsy will be like until the final
release and a few updates.

Well you do realize Alias that they are configurable and their behavior
can be changed? =)

Those wobble times, like everything else are all configurable. But you'd
know that if you were smart enough to try it before mouthing off about it.

Cheers.

I can only say that with Beryl, yes, I know that, using the Beryl
Settings Manager. I haven't tried Compiz-Fusion yet.

Same goes for compiz fusion.

You have no hope.
What do you think they would last 30 seconds means?
A hint.. you can't reinstall anything in 30 seconds.
Now maybe if you didn't treat all others as being as stupid as you are you
wouldn't make such stupid comments.

But wait! It should work exactly the way I want it to right out of the
box, without me having to learn how to configure settings! I shouldn't
have to do anything but click, click, click and everything happens as it
should!

No one can read your mind. How you want it to be is only known to you.
See below for configuring.

To configure all you have to do is be able to read and click, click,
click and everything will happen as it should.
