Did you ever find the crop tool you were after? If not, you may want to
take a look at Photo Wizard 1.0. It has a crop tool with the following
cropping options:

Square, Rectangular, Wide Rectangular, Oval, Wide Oval and Circle

This is most unusual, I had no trouble downloading this, yet now, it seems
