Pier to Pier Recycle Bin

The environment is a pier-to-pier network all using Windows XP Pro where
workstation "A" is the company file server and workstations "B" and "C" are
terminals pulling and saving files to/from the server "A". If a file is
deleted on "A" from "B" or "C", where does it go? It is not in any recycle
bin, that I can see. If you delete a file from "A" on "A" it does appear in
the recycle bin. Is there a way to recover a file accidently deleted off "A"
from "B" or "C"? Thank you for your time.

I'm afraid they are gone forever. There is no network recycle bin.
