Pie Charts

I have two pie charts displayed on one page. The charts are seperate from
each other but they do have the same data categories. I hide the legend on
one chart and show it on the second chart.

How can I make the data categories consistent so that the legend colors are
always the same for both charts? The charts do not always contain the same
number of wedges. When the wedges are different the colors change for the
data series.

You can either use code to set the colors of the series or make sure the Row
Sources of the charts generate the same number of slices.

No, I can't very quickly. I'll tell you how I do this...
I create a similar chart in Excel and turn on the macro recorder. Then
change the colors in the Excel chart and turn off the recorder. You can copy
and paste the code into your Access report in the On Format event of the
section containing the chart. Make a couple modifications to set the chart
object to the chart on your report.
