I can't see a PID on the case of my works Suite 2003 case
just a Word Product Key. Attempts to register the product
with it have failed. Any advice greatly received. Many
thanks.
 
Start up works, go to the "?" in the menu bar on top of it and select "info
There the PID will be displayed : )
