There are quite a few explanations.
*Sometimes the servers are loaded down.
*Sometimes the Internet backbone is loaded down.
*It can also be your box; try clearing all of the temporary files in your browser.
Look in Internet Options. After you clear all of them, reboot and start looking at
load itmes.
*It can very likely be caused by having a slow modem speed on a dialup. Look at
your modem speed.
*The ISP sometimes is doing maintenance and it can happen.
*You probably can get a rolling ton of other reasons, if you would do a few
searches on Google under web and Groups.
