I just downloaded pictures from my camera to the My Pictures file and I see
all of them in folders but when I try to open the folder I just get a grey
box or a greay box that says error in application. So how do I get to see
these pictures. All other pictures in the folders that were emailed to me
will open.

Just an observation...but it sounds like you
may have corrupted files. One thing that might
cause this could be camera batteries that
were low when you were downloading the
files. If you did not delete the files from your
memory card...try downloading them again
with fresh batteries.

If you did delete the files...maybe the free
software at the following link will help you
recover them:

Thanks for the reply..Actually I figured out the problem. I needed to click
on "Open With" and then click on open with Wizard. That did it and opened my
pictures. Feel so foolish. I probably should have tried this first but
being a novice at this it didn't occur. Thank you for trying to help and
maybe this will help someone else.
