Hi,
My parents moved some of their pictures to the Program Files folder on their
Windows XP computer. Now when they try to access the files, they get an error
message that says "[filename] not accessible." The files are still listed
with the proper size, but it is not possible to move, copy, or view the
files. I can reproduce the problem on their computer. Any time you move a
picture to Program Files or one of its sub-folders, this happens. It does not
happen in other folders. Also, the problem only happens with image files.
Can anyone suggest a solution?
Thanks,
Matt
