pictures in Exchange 2003 global address book

Does anyone know if Exchange 2003 supports pictures in the user profile
somehow (to match names in your global address book to id pictures)? I
know you can add pictures to your individual contacts but how about for
a whole organization? Also is there some way to have the pictures
display (or an icon show up if a photo is available) for someone in a
contact list?

You could use a custom user attribute to add a URL that points to a picture stored somewhere, but that's not going to make that picture magically appear anywhere
