Pictures in Emails

When one particular person sends emails to me that contain pictures, the
pictures come in as attachments rather than in the email itself. I always
get the pictures from others that send them to me and when she sends emails
with pictures to other people the pictures are within the email as they
should be. I have checked my settings and nothing seems to work.

Whether or not images are embedded in the message or received as attachments
is generally a sender-configured arrangement. The recipient can't affect
it.

Is there anything that we can look for in her settings? She is in my office
and has Outlook just like me. Her settings are all the same too.

One must embed the pictures in the message. One way to do it is to compose
in Rich Text. You can then simply cut-and-paste pictures into a message and
they'll appear there. Another is to use HTML and employ the Insert>Picture
feature of Word. Naturally, Plain Text can have no embedded images.
They'll always appear as attachments.
