Pictures in email only save as bmps...want them to save in origin.

When I receive an email in Outlook and it contains pictures, I right-click on
the picture and am given ONLY the option to save them as bmps. I am NOT
given any option of saving them in the format in which they were sent and
arrived in the emails.

I have to go through a lot of trouble to get them saved as something other
than bmps. For instance, gifs with moving parts MUST be saved as gifs or
they have no moving parts anymore.

It would be nice if this were fixed.

Also, I have to completely reinstall Office in order to get a LOT of
security updates to install because no matter what I do, it will not accept
the CD that my husband says he used to install it on my computer.

That is a royal PAIN IN THE NECK and something that I have been putting off
for months and months now...over a year at least of months.

Making sure people don't steal your software inconveniences the real buyers
MASSIVELY.

The first option is to clear out your Temporary Internet Files folder (TIF)

For your issue with the install CD and security updates - hopefully someone
will chime in and give a good response.
