Pictures - Expand to regular size

I have a button that is a hyperlink to a .gif.

It opens the .gif OK in a new window, but the picture is not clear. The
visitor has to click on the "Expand to regular size" button to see it
properly.

I don't know how many visitors will know that they have to click the Expand
button. Especially as its not available immediately.

Is there a way to have the picture open expanded?

(I'm using FP2003).

That is a IE feature that each user has control over, where IE will size the image to fit the
browser window. The user has to disable this feature.
