Picture Property Border

I'm using FP2000. The Picture Properties-->Appearance dialogue window allows
me to set a border thickness for an image. How do I manage the border color?
Thanks for your help, Ron.

The border color is controlled by the hyperlink color under page properties. You might want to
consider either adding the border to the image in our graphics application or placing the image in
table and set the table border color.

You can set the border color for individual images in the style section of
the properties window.

Hi Ron

This is not a good idea, Tom's advice on using your graphic editor is a good
one ... put a 1 pixel surround (border) on and it makes the picture look
much sharper... and possibly a drop shadow too which gives it a three d
effect.

You can set your thumbnails universally in FrontPage to not put borders on
thumbnails, though once you have done before stay ... and you would need to
remove them

(addon coming soon for global remove - which will be free - with added
features, check back with me in the next week)

It's not a good idea to use borders on thumbnails or graphics that are
linked because it's an amateur look.

Make sure you put your alt attributes on the graphic using picture
properties though. TP_ErrOmi from http://solution-shelf.com (free addon)
will check all your graphics for you and more besides.
