change border default

Under picture properties there is a "Style" option that has the "Format" drop
down which has the "Border" option in it.

Is there anyway to change the border default setting for a picture? I use
the same color and width for each picture and it would be nice for the
default to be what I use instead of having to change the color and width each
time.

Any help would be appreciated.
