Picture Placement on opened page

I have a web page that lists all the names of our group
members. I have (.jpg) pictures for about 90% of the
members, which I hyperlinked to their names, so members
could faces to names. However: when the name is clicked
that members picture appears in the upper left hand corner
of a new page.

Is there a way I can have it appear centered on that page?
I do not want to create a new page for each member, with
his picture placed in the center.

I would also like that page to revert back to the member
listing page after about 15 seconds automatically.

Is there a way to do this?
