Picture not showing Red X instead

I am having problem with some of my email. When I try to open them I get a
red X instead of the picture. In the past these pictures showed normally.

Some but not all of your messages? If you insert a pic into an HTML message
and send it to yourself, can you see the pic?

Tip: OE Tools > Options > Send > Mail Sending Format > HTML > Send pictures
with messages (check this)
