picture in caption??

how is it possible to add a picture to act as a caption to a cell in excel?
ive seen it done before, when the mouse hovers over the cell a picture pops
up like a caption. any ideas?

Try these steps, taken from a previous post by Debra Dalgleish:

To insert a picture into a comment:

1. Right-click the cell and choose 'Insert Comment'.
2. Clear any text from the comment.
3. Click on the comment border to select the comment
4. Choose Format>Comment
5. On the Colours and Lines tab, click the drop-down arrow for colour.
6. click Fill Effects
7. On the picture tab, click Select Picture
8. Locate and select the picture
9. Click Insert, click OK, click OK
