Picture/Fax viewer replacing PhotoEd

Could someone please inform me as to how to re-install PhotoEd properly? I
copied the dir "C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\PhotoEd\"
from my old computer (running Office 2000) to my new one (running Office
2003), changed the file attributes to open with PhotoEd.exe and... nothing
happens.

It apparently is refusing to recognise the program.

Can anyone give me a quick pointer? I'd really appreciate it.

I did, actually. That was the first thing I tried. It uninstalled all
elements of Office 2003, though. And that kind of sucked.
