Picture Download

When I attempt to download pictures I am no longer getting the Wizard. I am
being given an error message.
 
Hi, actually after reading some of the posts I found the answer in someone
else's post. The problem was RealPlayer. Once I uninstalled it my picture
wizard worked fine.
