Picture download problem

hi.

When i download a picture, i can save only "bmp"...
"need help"

(e-mail address removed)
(i can speak english a littlebit or hungary)

Empty your Temporary Internet files.

Select Control Panel - Internet Options - General tab - Temporary Internet files
- Delete Files - OK.
