picture attachment size

When I attach pictures in an email, the picture is huge. How can I change
the size when i attach it to an outgoing email?

One way is to right-click on the picture before you attach it, then select
"Send To, Mail Recipient". This should then give you a choice of picture
sizes.

Go to image and right click, then open with paint. Now a paint window opens
and click on image and then where it says 100% by 100% change to 50% by 50%.
Click ok. then click on file and then save as and now the image will be
resized.
