pics and opening files not working

This worked fine before we switched to a domain environment and Exchange
server, now on my pc in Outlook 2003, I am not able to save attachments and
pics just have a red x in the emails. Why would this change and how can I
fix it? When trying to save a file it just says Outlook could not save the
file. When trying to open it, it says cant' create file.

are these new messages or ones you imported? is the exchange server running
antivirus software?

These are new messages and no the server is not running any anti-virus.
