anyone know how to fix this problem? appears everytime start up the
computer, i have windows xp. i have noticed since this box has been
appearing the printer has not been printing properly even though the
ink levels are full. please help.

This is part of the "Super Voice" product lines and all suc
as superVoice voice and fax software

Proprietary programs like this are hard to find for information o
troubleshooting..but at their website under support there is
special notice that earlier versions of the software will not wor
with the latest versions of windows XP and that you will need t
upgrade to a later version of the software

Uninstall the program and try something different. This may or mayno
be a good product but as there are a lot of issues going on(the
would not have made the statements otherwise) This is a sure sig
that it is time to move on up to a different program built on th
newest operating systems and not just fixed as they go through thei
cycles

Are you getting an error message 'picpmon.exe has encountered a problem etc'?
Do you have SuperVoice on your machine?If yes to both,then if you aren't
using the SuperVoice fax service you can delete the file.
