I got this error message whenever i am booting my PC after it entered
in to main desktop window, what caused this errer and how to rectify
this error, Kindly give resolution to this problem.

I suggest you try uninstalling/reinstalling your fax/voice/scanner application
related to Pacific Image and if that fails to rectify the issue you contact Pacific
Image support.
