Pick outlook item using common dialog

Hi,

I try to let the user select an outlook item Within VB. If you are writing a
a new mail you can select an outlook item by 'Attach item'. I know that for
selecting a folder you can use the .pickfolder-method, but is there something
like this for selecting an item withing outlook?

Does anyone know a way to call this common dialog within VB to let the user
select an outlook item?
