Pick List

How do I create a list in a file that allows the user to
pick from the list to populate a cell. The information
for the list is maintained in a separate file.

I think what I want is a list box. I have a file with all
the choices that the user can enter. I want to put this
in a list that they can scroll through, select the one
needed and press enter to put the selected value in the
cell. Can this be done??

this is what you can achieve with 'Data - Validation'. In
this dialog choose 'List'. More information about this
