Photostory 3, VDC, music stops abruptly

I am using several songs on one photo story. All music except on the last
slide fades at the end. The music on the last slide stops abruptly on the
VCD. It fades correctly when I play it on my computer. I have changed the
timing on slides, I have rearranged slides, nothing seems to affect the
ending.

Does anyone have any ideas of how to correct this? Has anyone else had the
same experience?

In order to get the music to fade at the end, I place blank slides at the
end of my photo stories!

(I made different colors of slides for beginning and ending stories. Made
them with Paint.)

Thanks for your response. I wanted to end on a particular picture so that's
the only thing I didn't try (creating several blank slides). I guess I could
just place several of the same pictures at the end and just not have any
transition.

Still seems like it is an error in the program.

Is there anyone out there from Microsoft that could address this?

PS. I managed to fade the volume at the end by lowering the volume while I
was showing the final picture.

Hello Sairy:

Then repeat the same photo as many times as is needed to finish the music.
It will not appear to change anything to the viewer, unless you are using
fades, etc.
