photos & videos blurry

Web pictures and video links are very grainy. Enlarging
them only makes it worse. Downloaded pics and videos are
fine. It's something with IE. Mozilla and Netscape are
fine, but they don't call RealPlayer. Tried Real help
page but no help. Ran thru Netscape set-up for nothing.
Appreciate any help.
