Photos of New Employees

I am constructing a new database for my office. I am stuck on how to get the
photos for the personnel into the database. I have a file set up, but I won't
have the image until the new person inprocesses. Help.

I can't tell what your problem is from your question. Maybe you could
be more detailed where you are experiencing a problem with Access.

I will suggest that you normally should not add photos to Access
directly. It is usually better to link to the photos stored outside Access.

The photos will be stored some where else and I do want to link them. I know
I need to have a blank photo to be a place hold for when I do not have a
photo for that person. I am just having a problem linking it.
