Photos not showing on web once site has been uploaded

Can anyone help please? I've uploaded my site to the web
and none of the photos I have on my site have uploaded. I
just get a blank box with a red cross in the top left hand
corner. Also, I used a theme for the site and none of the
banners are showing (just the words/names of the pages)
and the same with the navigation bar.

Do the themes require FP extensions to be installed on the
host server?

Any help would be appreciated.

1. Did you import the images into your current open FP web prior to using them?
2. The FP extensions are not needed on the remote server, however the _theme, _derived and _border
folders need to be upload if not publishing via FP's FTP mode.

check you're using relative paths, not absolute. (relative path e.g.
/images/gifs/image.gif) absolute e.g. c:\my webs\images\gifs\image.gif.)
