Photograph Viewing

In Windows ME I could set up a customer view of a folder
containg photographs and automatically a slide show was
developed. This was extremely useful in viewing jobsite
photos.

Windows 2000 seems to have eliminated this very useful
tool. And the only way to look at photos is through some
photoshop editor which is laborious and time consuming.

Is there a way to get the photo viewing utility that was
offered by ME when using 2000.

By the way I find 2000 inferior to ME does anyone agree?

Did you d/l the latests updates from Microsoft's update site?
Then select "slideshow" in the "view" menu.

No. You're crazy ^_^
Wll that last was j/k, but to be honest : ME is crap (was released way too
soon to have some 'new' os for around the millennium, it was supposed to be
something between W98SE and WinNT, but it's just some kind of unstable
version of Win98.

Win2K is solid as a rock, and still used in most office networks.

Install XP, it contains the cutesy stuff from ME, but uses the more
robust NT operating system. BTW ME is considered dung by any competent
computer technician.
