Countours to Selections.
Traces the countours of an image and creates a selection (whitch you can
save)out of it. Especialy nice for contrast rich images.

RGB Fantasies
An easy to adjust plug-in to create Psychadelic effects

Diffusion Noir & Blanc
Black & White Diffusion
An other way to create a diffusion image
(= Gray to Black & White Dots. Think Intel 286 with a Hercules sceen)

There are also some new masks to download at

Further there is an announcement that for the moment, it is impossible to
buy Photofiltre for commercial purposes. He writes explicitly that this does
not make it legal use it commercialy (except for those who already bought it
of course). I'm not sure about the reason behind it, but it seems like some
problems with the payment provider. (Icon is gone)

Just got Photofiltre this morning, and ask please for help:

Load picture, then from top bar, go to Filter then choose Frame then set
width and colour.
